Senses-Miho News
Everyone, I'm so happy! I just brought Miho Nakayama's Tour '98 Live-O-Live DVD for 40 dollars Hong Kong. Its so cheap! Hehe, anyway, I decided to add a concert section to Senses because of this! Hehe, I watched the concert as soon as I woke up, because I wanted to see what her concerts were like. So far, I've only been to one live Japanese concert, which was Noriko Sakai's Asian Tour in the year 2000? Hm...anyway, I realized both concerts were different from the ones by Hong Kong artist. For one thing, the people are more united. Second, they don't clap after every song. Also, Japanese artist tend to speak less. This wasn't such a good thing for me, because I wanted to actually hear Miho's voice just speaking, instead of dancing.

The concert featured Miho dancing during nearly all the songs. She paused to say something after sog number 19. I've recorded that, and if anyone wants to hear it, scroll down below. If anyone who understands Japanese is kind enough to help me translate it, that would be great. The only two words I hear are the thank yous at the begining and the end. I need to learn Japanese...oh yeah, that little "shooo" sound you hear half way through the clip is when she did a little "spin". You have to watch it to know what I mean.
During the concert, Miho's dreses were all nearly the same style. "Simply Elegance!" Hehe, she was in...I think 4 different dresses? And one business look. Of all the dresses, the best one is the one which she wore during the opening. It was a whiteish glow in the dark one. Because the opening was kinda like space with all these stars on them, her dress made her look like an angel! There was a blackish coloured one, and then there was a red dress, which also looked nice on her. Her last dress was also white. The suit she wore featured pants. Her shows, I think, were all sandals.
